Denmark on Export Controls & Trade & Investment Sanctions

On 16 December 2024, the Council confirmed that the EU has adopted its 15th sanctions package against Russia which will enter into force upon publication in the Official Journal of the EU (expected shortly).

Presenting a webinar this morning made me aware that this blog had missed a number of stories relating to Danish sanctions enforcement.

On July 3, 2024, the Council of the European Union published a new EU Best Practices for the effective implementation of restrictive measures, which provide recommendations for the effective implementation of these measures.
