Cumhurbaşkanı tarafından belirlenen gecikme zammı oranı ile Hazine ve Maliye Bakanlığı tarafından belirlenen tecil faiz oranları bakımından Merkez Bankası tarafından belirlenen reeskont işlemlerinde için geçerli iskonto oranı ile avans işlemleri için geçerli olan faiz oranının dikkate alınmamasını daha önce eleştirmiştim. Bence tüm mevzuatlar gereğince uygulanan faiz oranlarının birbiriyle uyumlu olması gerekir!
