1567 Sayılı Türk Parasının Kıymetini Koruma Hakkında Kanun Kapsamında İhracat Bedellerinin Yurda Getirilmesi Ve Aykırılıkların Hukuki Sonuçları
Söz konusu “süre” Türkiye Cumhuriyet Merkez Bankası’nın İhracat Genelgesi’nde açık şekilde belirlenmiştir. Genel kural olarak, fiili ihraç tarihinden itibaren ihracat bedelinin yurda getirilme süresi 180 günü geçemez; 180 gün azami süre olup, esas olan ithalatçının ödemesini müteakip bedelin doğrudan ve gecikmeksizin yurda getirilmesidir. İhracat sözleşmelerinde tahsil için fiili ihraç tarihinden itibaren 180 günden fazla vade öngörülmesi halinde ise, bedelin yurda getirilme süresi vade bitiminden itibaren 90 günü geçemeyecektir.

Şirketlerde Yeni Asgari Sermaye Tutarları – 31 Aralık 2026 Sonrası İnfisah Riski
Bu çerçevede anonim şirketlerin sermayelerini en az 250.000 TL’ye, limited şirketlerin ise en az 50.000 TL’ye yükseltmesi gerekmektedir. Kayıtlı sermaye sistemini kabul etmiş halka açık olmayan anonim şirketlerde başlangıç sermayesi ve çıkarılmış sermaye için 500.000 TL’lik ayrı eşik uygulanmaktadır. Süresinde uyum sağlanmaması, anonim ve limited şirketler bakımından infisah; kayıtlı sermaye sistemindeki şirketler bakımından ise şartlarına göre sistemden çıkmış sayılma sonucunu doğurmaktadır.

Secure Payment System For Real Estate Sales In Turkey
The Regulation Amending the Regulation on Real Estate Trade, published in the Official Gazette dated 29 April 2026 and numbered 33238, introduced a new Additional Article 1 on payment systems into the Regulation on Real Estate Trade. Under this amendment, for real estate sales to be completed after 1 July 2026, where all or part of the sale price is paid in cash, by wire transfer, electronic funds transfer or other payment methods to be determined by the Ministry of Trade, the sale price must be paid through the Secure Payment System.
