We are pleased to share that our associate Stefan Dobrijević will be speaking at this year's Budapest Arbitration Days on 23–24 February. Stefan will take part in the panel "The Court of Justice of the European Union v. Arbitration", addressing one of the most debated and consequential issues in European dispute resolution today: the evolving, and at times challenging, relationship between EU law and international arbitration.
He will share the stage with most esteemed panelists, including Prof. George Bermann, Prof. andrea carlevaris , Prof. dr hab. Beata Gessel-Kalinowska vel Kalisz, prof. INP PAN, and Ramona Ianus, with the discussion moderated by András Dániel László. Bringing together perspectives from academia and practice, the panel will explore where the current boundaries are being drawn and how we can convince the European regulator that arbitration supports businesses and helps the economy.
