Mintz advised Altamira Technologies Corporation (Altamira), a Virginia-based defense contractor, on a deal that won "Deal of the Year" in the "Under $50 Million" category at ACG National Capital's 22nd Annual Corporate Growth Awards.
The awards recognize "excellence and outstanding achievements in 2023 corporate growth with companies and deals which built corporate value through mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, organic growth, and capital financing," according to ACG.
Mintz advised Altamira on its acquisition of Virginia Systems & Technology, Inc. (VaST) which significantly expanded Altamira's capabilities and national security customer portfolio. Read more here.
