Sosyal Hizmetler Kanunu ve Bazı Kanunlarda Değişiklik Yapılmasına Dair Kanun ("Kanun")1 01.05.2026 tarihinde yürürlüğe girdi. Kanun, 5651 sayılı İnternet Ortamında Yapılan Yayınların Düzenlenmesi ve Bu Yayınlar Yoluyla İşlenen Suçlarla Mücadele Edilmesi Hakkında Kanun’unda (“5651 Sayılı Kanun”)2 çocukların dijital ortamda korunmasına yönelik düzenlemeler, oyun sektörüne ilişkin yeni kurallar ve büyük ölçekli sosyal ağ sağlayıcılarına getirilen müdahale yükümlülükleri bakımından önemli değişiklikler öngörüyor.

“Law Proposal on Amendments to the Social Services Law and Certain Other Laws” (the “Law”)¹ entered into force on 1 May 2026.
