Brand owners should take note of the newly launched Top Level Domain (TLD). As of 30 March 2015, the .sucks domain names may be purchased for the purpose of creating an online platform where consumers can create a forum to criticise businesses.

If you are concerned about the use of your trade mark with the .sucks domain names, it is recommended that you apply for the registration of the corresponding .sucks domain names to protect your core trade mark(s).
