RDJ advised JCD Group on the agreement of a long-term lease with CWS Workwear, a leading European provider of sustainable workwear solutions, at Blarney Business Park in Cork.
The new facility at Block 8007 comprises 32,000 sq. ft. of Grade A space, and has been delivered to a high sustainability standard, achieving LEED Gold certification and a BER A3 energy rating. This addition further strengthens Blarney Business Park's position as a key employment hub on the north side of Cork city.
RDJ has advised JCD Group on a number of lettings at Blarney Business Park in recent years. The park is a prime industrial, logistics and commercial development extending to over 440,000 sq. ft. across 70 acres, with occupiers including Merck, DHL, doTERRA, Nisbets, Park Place Technologies, FedEx and Paardekooper. JCD has also recently completed Blocks 8008 (20,000 sq. ft.) and 8009 (10,000 sq. ft.), both designed to LEED Gold and BER A3 standards and now available for tenant fit-out.
