Ireland

William Fry’s Restructuring team was pleased to advise Dessie Morrow of Azets Ireland, Examiner, in the successful examinerships of Harp Renewables Limited and ERJ Capital Limited.

The matter involved the rescue and recapitalisation of Harp Renewables, an environmental technology business, and ERJ, a related group finance company. The approved schemes of arrangement restructured creditor liabilities and facilitated new investment, including a US strategic investment in Harp Renewables, providing a platform for the businesses to continue under new ownership while preserving jobs.

Congratulations to all involved in achieving a successful outcome.

The William Fry team included Barbara Galvin (Restructuring & Insolvency), Máire O’Neill (Corporate / M&A) and Declan Keane (Restructuring & Insolvency).
