Partner Diana Brummer has been named to New York Real Estate Journal's 2026 Ones to Watch: Industry Leaders Spotlight, which recognizes exceptional professionals whose leadership, innovation, and vision are shaping the future of New York's commercial real estate industry.
Diana, co-chair of the firm's global Real Estate Industry group of 155+ lawyers across 16 offices, is noted for her work on real estate financings, complex joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions, and loan workouts. The publication also highlighted Diana's recent work co-leading the Goodwin team that advised Newbond Holdings on the $408 million acquisition of two of San Francisco's largest and most recognizable hotels: the Hilton San Francisco Union Square and Parc 55 San Francisco – A Hilton Hotel. This landmark deal in November 2025 was a highly structured transaction, the largest hotel trade in the history of San Francisco, and is part of the comeback story of downtown San Francisco.
