Goodwin advised a consortium of investors led by Teachers' Venture Growth, the late-stage venture investment platform of Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, on completing a secondary share transaction of €880 million in Vinted Group ("Vinted"), the peer-to-peer second-hand marketplace. The transaction was significantly oversubscribed, with strong participation from new and existing long-term institutional investors.
