JSA represented Hi-Q Electronics Private Limited and its promoter in connection with an investment of ₹175 crores by ValueQuest Tristar Fund.
Founded in 1978, Hi-Q Electronics has developed deep engineering expertise in multi-layer, rigid-flex and high-reliability printed circuit boards (PCBs), catering to leading global Tier-1 OEMs as well as premier domestic institutions. The investment marks an important milestone for the company as it continues to expand its capabilities and strengthen its position in the high-precision electronics manufacturing segment.
As part of the transaction, JSA conducted vendor legal due diligence and provided end-to-end support on the deal, including negotiating and finalising the transaction documents. The firm also advised the client on various pre-closing actions and assisted in successfully bringing the transaction to completion.
