According to the complainant, the video contains elements of unfair comparison that may mislead consumers. Based on the complaint, a case has been initiated on the grounds of a possible violation of paragraph 21 of Article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Competition." If violations are confirmed, the advertising materials are subject to withdrawal, and the distributors may face administrative liability.
