examination, which included a prior art search in patent databases
and verification of compliance with the key criteria of
patentability — novelty, inventive step, and industrial
applicability. Following the examination, the patent office
recognized the structural features of ALT as meeting the
requirements for an invention.
The granting of the patent confirms the technical originality of
the solution and opens up new opportunities for its application in
musical performance art.
