On 9–11 October 2025, the large-scale business event New Vision Forum, bringing together industry leaders from across the globe was held. The forum was focused on six key areas:

- leadership in times of change;
- management, sales, and Marketing 5.0;
- technology synergy: AI, e-commerce, and new business models;
- capital and innovation: investments, startups, and unicorn search;
- creative industry, sports, and wellness.

During the session dedicated to the impact of artificial intelligence on the professions of the future, Yerzhan, together with Stuart Lacey, CEO of the American AI company Labrynth, discussed issues of AI regulation and its influence on the labor market.
