Axinn is pleased to announce that Global Competition Review has short-listed Axinn for multiple 2025 GCR Awards.

Partner and Antitrust Group Chair Mike Keeley was short-listed for "Lawyer of the Year," recognizing his work leading Axinn's antitrust team of over 75 attorneys. Mike led Axinn teams in obtaining antitrust clearance for multibillion-dollar mergers, including Accelera by Cummins in its $2-to-$3 billion joint venture with Daimler Truck and PACCAR and Choice Hotels through its proposed $8 billion acquisition of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.

Partner Bradley Justus was short-listed for "Lawyer of the Year: Under 40," recognizing his numerous high-profile representations, including defending Google against antitrust claims seeking to break up its multibillion-dollar ad technology business. Along with our co-counsel, Axinn's work defending Google's advertising technology business against DOJ, State AG, and private plaintiff claims was short-listed for "Matter of the Year," as well as "Behavioural Matter of the Year -- Americas."

Axinn also represented Thermo Fisher Scientific in its successful $3.1 billion acquisition of Olink, which was short-listed for "Merger Control Matter of the Year – Europe."

The finalists were chosen by Global Competition Review's editorial team and GCR readers will decide the winners through an online vote. Readers can vote here until Feb 10th.

The winners will be announced at GCR's 15th Annual Awards Ceremony on April 1 in Washington, D.C.
