On the 16th of August 2016, the Department of Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver announced that pursuant to the Law 89 (I) of 2015 which amends the Companies Law Cap. 113, companies that do not pay the annual fee shall be struck-off on the basis of Article 327 of Cap. 113.
Therefore the outstanding annual fee amounts to € 490. - per year (2012-2015).
Attention should be drawn to the fact that in case of failure to pay the annual fee as provided by Article 391 of Cap. 113, for a period of one year from the date it shall become payable, the Registrar of Companies may proceed with the company's stricking-off from the register.
