Supreme Court Leaves Price-Anderson Act Split In Place
On Monday, the Supreme Court rejected a plea to decide a critical question regarding the Price-Anderson Act (the PAA), the federal statute that governs suits stemming from public radiation exposure from nuclear facilities.
