Los Angeles-based private equity group Century Park Capital Partners and its portfolio company CJ Pony Parts recently announced the acquisition of select restoration-focused brands from Holley Performance Products, including Scott Drake and Brothers Trucks brands, in a transaction that expands CJ Pony Parts’ product portfolio across two of the most enduring categories in the classic vehicle aftermarket and further establishes CJ Pony Parts as a premium multi-brand restoration platform.
CJ Pony Parts, based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, with an additional warehouse facility in Las Vegas, is an e-commerce platform that sells restoration and performance parts to auto enthusiasts worldwide. It is a premier provider in the classic Mustang aftermarket and has developed an industry-leading library of online educational content for its customers. Scott Drake, a longtime vendor and partner to CJ Pony Parts, strengthens the Company’s leadership in classic Mustang. In addition, CJ Pony Parts has been aggressively expanding into the classic truck segment, and Brothers Trucks accelerates the Company’s momentum in classic trucks. Both brands join a growing family that includes American Powertrain, which CJ Pony Parts acquired in 2024.
