John F. Tocci recently co-presented at Suffolk University Law School's Second Annual Justinian Law Panel, "Exploring Italian Culture in Modern Concepts," hosted by the Suffolk University Italian American Law Students Association on March 18. The panel brought together attorneys and members of the Justinian Law Society of Massachusetts to discuss their career paths, professional experiences, and the value of involvement in affinity bar associations. Mr. Tocci was joined by John Powers, Clerk Magistrate of Suffolk Superior Court; Domenic Coppola of Drago & Toscano; and Phillip Boncore of the Law Offices of Phillip Boncore.
During the session, Mr. Tocci shared insights into his legal career, including his early experience as a Superior Court law clerk, his focus on employment law and litigation, and his path to becoming a shareholder at Davis Malm in 2025. He also emphasized the professional and personal benefits of engagement with organizations such as the Justinian Law Society.
