- Andrew Howard joins the firm as a Senior Associate, focusing his practice on premises liability and negligence‑based personal injury defense. He represents commercial property owners and insurers in matters involving alleged unsafe conditions and related claims. Prior to joining the firm, Andrew served five years as an officer in the United States Air Force Judge Advocate General's Corps. He earned his B.A., cum laude, from the University of Georgia and his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law.
- Kipling Biggs joins Drew Eckl & Farnham as a Senior Associate, bringing experience as both a prosecutor and a judicial law clerk. A graduate of Georgia State University College of Law, Kipling prosecuted cases in Gwinnett and Walton Counties before clerking for a Superior Court Judge, giving her valuable insight into judicial decision‑making and effective courtroom advocacy.
- Bryce McCarter joins the firm as an Associate, where his practice focuses on workers' compensation defense. He represents employers, insurers, and third‑party administrators across a wide range of claims. Bryce brings a diverse legal background that includes government service and national‑level workers' compensation defense, as well as published legal commentary within the Georgia legal community.
- Robert Watts joins the firm as Of Counsel, focusing on civil litigation and trial advocacy, with an emphasis on general liability, premises liability, transportation, and insurance defense matters. He draws on extensive courtroom experience gained as both a prosecutor and a public defender. Mr. Watts earned his J.D. from Washington & Lee University School of Law and is admitted to practice before Georgia's appellate courts and federal district courts.
