11 September 2025 – Effective 1 September 2025, Vivien & Associés launches an Economic Law practice and appoints Pierre Galmiche as Partner.
Vivien & Associés is pleased to announce that Pierre Galmiche will join as a partner, in charge of leading the firm's new Economic Law practice. Pierre will be accompanied by Elisa Saez, a senior associate. The movement is effective on September 1, 2025
Pierre Galmiche specializes in competition law (antitrust, merger control), distribution, consumer protection and customs matters. He advises and represents French and international clients in both advisory and contentious matters before French and EU authorities.
Pierre has extensive experience in investigations conducted by competition authorities, damages actions and litigation related to restrictive practices. He also assists his clients in structuring their distribution networks and ensuring compliance with commercial and advertising practices, particularly in the agri-food, services, luxury goods and wines and spirits sectors.

Before joining Vivien & Associés, Pierre Galmiche practiced with the Paris offices of Willkie Farr & Gallagher, Dentons and Aramis, where his expertise in Economic Law was recognized.
Pierre Galmiche was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2016. He holds a dual degree in Economic Law (Magistère de Droit des activités économiques) and a master's degree in International Economic Law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. He is a member of AIJA (International Association of Young Lawyers) and AIDV (International Wine Law Association) and frequently publishes and speaks on legal and regulatory developments.
