NEW YORK (September 4, 2025) - AlixPartners, the global consulting firm, announced today the appointment of Franklin Grosvenor as a Partner & Managing Director. He brings more than two decades of leadership experience in the tech industry, including operations, corporate development, M&A, and sales, with a proven track record of delivering growth, operational efficiency, and successful business transformations across some of the world’s largest technology and services organizations. Over the past eight months, Franklin has served as a Senior Advisor at AlixPartners, supporting corporate clients on growth strategy, operational improvement, and complex M&A transactions.
Franklin brings deep operational and M&A experience with global companies, including hands-on leadership of some of the world’s largest separation and carve-out transactions, as well as numerous merger integration programs. His technology industry expertise spans networking, application software, technology services, data center infrastructure, and cloud computing.
Franklin’s more than two decades of experience across Fortune 500 companies include Cisco, SAP, Hewlett Packard (HPE), and Amazon. He most recently served as Head of Worldwide Sales Productivity Programs at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he led a broad portfolio of sales transformation initiatives supporting over 12,000 sellers and more than 70% of AWS’s revenue. He also led the Strategy & Operations function for the Enterprise & Industry Verticals Business Development organization where he drove the evolution of go-to-market strategies for customer segmentation, account coverage, and strategic account planning.
Prior to AWS, Franklin held multiple senior leadership roles at HPE, including Vice President of M&A Integration, where he guided the integration of multiple acquisitions across every major business unit. He also led the successful separation of HP, Inc. and Hewlett Packard
Enterprise and the subsequent spin-merge transactions of the HP Enterprise Services and software divisions that reshaped the company’s global business.

Franklin holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the Drucker Graduate School of Management, where he graduated in the top 10% of his class, and a BA in Economics from Westmont College.
