NEW YORK (September 03, 2025) - AlixPartners, the global consulting firm, today announced that Hillary Bochniak has been appointed Chief People Officer, effective immediately. Hillary was previously Chief Human Resources Officer at Syneos Health and a Managing Director at Accenture.
Hillary succeeds Don Schneider, who is retiring after a distinguished tenure with the firm. Don will remain with AlixPartners on a part-time basis, providing advisory support and contributing to strategic projects.
Hillary brings more than 30 years of experience leading large-scale HR transformations and building inclusive, high-performing teams. Her leadership and experience position her well to support AlixPartners in scaling and shaping the organization for continued success.

Prior to Syneos Health, Hillary spent more than two decades at Accenture, beginning her career in management consulting before moving into Accenture’s HR function. With expertise in strategic talent and resource planning, HR operations, and change management, Hillary served as Head of HR for several global business units, gaining extensive experience leading large People teams and aligning talent strategy with business growth.
