Macfarlanes has advised longstanding client, Beechbrook Capital Partners, on a GP-led secondary involving a tender offer process supported by Decalia Private Credit Strategies for third-party investor interests in Beechbrook Mezzanine II L.P.

The Macfarlanes team was led by Private Funds Partner Harriet Miller, alongside Senior Associate Joshua Oyedele and Associate Amelia Le Coyte. Tax expertise was provided by Tax Partner Joe Robinson and Associate Luca Parrott.

Harriet Miller comments: “It was great to support Beechbrook in delivering an exit for some of the existing investors in Beechbrook Mezzanine II L.P.. This transaction is a good example of how managers are applying GP led solutions that have historically been reserved for private equity and real assets funds within the credit space”.
