Cahill represented the lead arranger in connection with a $100 million term loan credit facility and a $6 million letter of credit facility for DRP URBAN RENEWAL 4, LLC.

Proceeds from the term loan credit facility were used to repay certain existing credit facilities and for general corporate purposes and the letter of credit facility was used to fund debt service costs.
