SRS Legal has advised BPI Imofomento, an open-ended real estate investment fund managed by BPI Gestão de Ativos, on the acquisition of a property used as an Obramat store (Aldea group) in Alfragide.
The team of Lawyers involved in this process included Partner Neuza Pereira de Campos and Associate José Pinto Santos, both from the Real Estate Law Department of SRS Legal.
The asset is a large commercial space intended for construction professionals, which will also serve as Obramat's headquarters in Portugal.

BPI Imofomento's commercial portfolio focuses particularly on high-demand locations, especially Lisbon, Alfragide, and Porto. Currently, the fund owns three shopping centres, a large retail unit, and two large spaces intended for professionals.
