PARIS, June 30, 2025 – Leading international law firm Proskauer has advised the KINOBE Group (“The Group), a leading company in the importation, ripening, packaging, and distribution of tropical and off-season fruits, in connection with a minority investment by Aquasourça, a family office, and the investment fund, Société Générale Capital Partenaires, aimed at accelerating an ambitious growth strategy.
The Group distributes a wide range of products in France and Europe, serving supermarket chains and wholesalers.

The investment by Aquasourça and Société Générale Capital Partenaires will enable The Group to further accelerate its growth momentum.
