They will be leading the final session of the conference titled, "Unlocking AI: The Future of Legal Practice," alongside Tim Flowers, Senior Counsel for Boeing.

The Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) promotes the common professional and business interests of in-house counsel who work for corporations, associations, and other organizations through information, education, networking, and advocacy.

His experience includes advising privately held businesses in sales and acquisitions in a variety of industries, including healthcare, energy, medical software, and logistics. He has previously spoken on the future of AI within the legal industry at events in and outside the firm.

Denver Smith is a member of Butler Snow's Tort, Transportation and Specialized Litigation group. With a background in artificial intelligence studies and private sector security, he enjoys using the analytical skills he has learned to help clients achieve their legal, professional, and business development goals.
