The firm's Mergers & Acquisitions practice represented Jonel Engineering, a supplier of computerized concrete plant control software and systems, of its acquisition by SRM Concrete, the largest ready-mix concrete manufacturer in the country. Terms of the acquisition were not publicly disclosed.

SRM Concrete specializes in producing and supplying building material services for both commercial and residential construction projects.
The Sheppard Mullin M&A team was led by Stephen LaSala, Lyle LeBlang and Shane Killeen and included Michael Chan (employee benefits), John Crisp (tax) and Gregory Schick (executive compensation).
