Steve and Chris join theAsbestosLitigation Practice's four Chairs - Madison County Managing Partner Jeffrey Bash, Atlanta Managing Partner Scott Masterson, San Francisco Partner Florence McClain, and New York Partner Philip O' Rourke – and fellowViceChair, Los Angeles Partner Patrick Foley.

Steve has experience in claims involving exposures toasbestos, benzene, diacetyl, as well as other chemical products. He additionally serves as National Coordinating Counsel for firm clients and has been retained to negotiate nationwide settlements and dismissals.

Chris represents individuals as well as businesses, ranging from family-owned to Fortune 250 national and multinational corporations. He concentrates his litigation practice in the areas of premises liability, product liability, toxic tort, environmental, transportation, and general negligence.
