Xi 'an Arbitration Commission carefully and comprehensively

domestical and international specialists, and at the third meeting
of the Third session of The Commission, in view of Gulnur's
outstanding contributions in the relevant fields, Xi 'an
Arbitration Commission have decided to appoint Gulnur as the new
arbitrator.
