implications of Rosatom's selection as the winning bidder for
Kazakhstan's debut nuclear power plant (NPP) project.
The announcement marks a pivotal step in Kazakhstan's energy
strategy, aiming to diversify its power mix and enhance energy
security. However, the involvement of Rosatom, Russia's state
nuclear corporation, raises critical legal, geopolitical, and
financial considerations.
