CBA webinar

November 18 and November 25

Litigation partner David Outerbridge will chair two programs for the CBA on November 18 and November 25.

The November 18 program eDiscovery 101 will act as a precursor to the its partner program on November 25 and focus on the principal question "what is eDiscovery?". The program will explore its evolution, how firms can benefit from it as well as discuss the rules of eDiscovery and how best to leverage technology that supports it.

The November 25 program will talk about the latest trends and developments in eDiscovery and focus on eDiscovery in a remote world, common ethical issues and digital evidence considerations.

You can find more information on both webinars on the CBA website.
