ALTERAÇÃO E EXTINÇÃO DE CONTRATOS

No último dia 1º de abril, foi sancionada a Lei nº 14.133/2021, a Nova Lei de Licitações.

Oriunda do Projeto de Lei 4.253/2020, que tramitou por cerca de 25 anos na Casa Legislativa, a Nova Lei de Licitações traz ajustes necessários evidenciados pela prática resultante não apenas da Lei nº 8.666/1993 (Lei de Licitações), mas das leis especiais que a seguiram, como as Leis nº 10.520/2002 (Lei do Pregão), nº 12.462/2011 (Regime Diferenciado de Contratações Públicas – RDC), dentre outras. 

O novo texto centraliza institutos que antes estavam esparsos e concentra tendências até então encontradas apenas nas leis especiais, jurisprudência e doutrina. 

Em vista desse cenário e das mudanças trazidas pela Nova Lei de Licitações, Tauil e Chequer dará continuidade à divulgação dos boletins de Direito Administrativo, agora focados em pontos relevantes da Nova Lei de Licitações.
