Arendt advised Deutsche Hypo – NORD/LB Real Estate Finance
on the refinancing of a commercial property in Luxembourg-City. The
EUR 18 million loan has been provided to HANSAINVEST Real Assets
GmbH pursuant to the terms of a Luxembourg law governed term loan
facility agreement.
The property, built in 2004, is located in a good to very good
city centre location on Avenue Monterey in Luxembourg City. The
multi-tenant building comprises 6,000 square metres of lettable
space and is fully let to a total of eleven companies. It has
BREEAM certification (very good).
