Rekabet Kurulu (“Kurul”), Paramount Skydance Corporation (“PARAMOUNT”) tarafından Warner Bros. Discovery Inc.’nin (“WARNER BROS”) tek kontrolünün devralınması işlemine, PARAMOUNT tarafından sunulan taahhütler çerçevesinde koşullu olarak izin verdi.
