Appleby's Isle of Man office advises Strix Group Plc on matters of Isle of Man law in connection with its recent equity fund raise.
AIM listed Strix, the Isle of Man headquartered kettle safety controls provider, has raised approximately GBP13 million from the equity placing (before expenses) to help fund its acquisition of Australian water systems firm, Billi, a leading multifunctional taps manufacturer and distributor.
The Appleby team was led by partner Kyle Sutherland who was assisted by associate Ruby Roberts.
