Global law firm Walkers has advised Trident Energy on its
proposed US$1 billion acquisition of the Pampo and Enchova oil
fields, offshore Brazil, from Petrobras S.A, with financing from
Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, ING Bank N.V. and Credit
Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank as initial mandated lead
arrangers. Congratulations to Trident Energy for adding another
world class asset to its portfolio.
The Walkers Cayman team was led by London Managing Partner Jack
