LONDON, September 25, 2026 – Proskauer has advised Park Holidays UK and its management team on the competition of the $1.03bn acquisition of Park Holidays UK by funds affiliated with Aermont Capital from Sun Communities, Inc.
The transaction represents a significant milestone for Park Holidays UK, one of the UK’s leading holiday park businesses. The acquisition will see Park Holidays UK move forward under Aermont’s ownership as the business continues its next phase of growth.
