Walkers Professional Services (WPS) has entered into an agreement to acquire Value Partners, a leading Luxembourg professional services firm, establishing WPS in one of the world's premier alternative investment funds markets.
Since its launch in 2012, Value Partners has built an enduring reputation as a trusted adviser to private equity, real estate and private credit funds, banks and multinational companies. Today, the business has expanded to more than 150 professionals and serves clients across local and international markets.
The acquisition marks a major step forward in WPS' plan to build a leading global professional services platform. By establishing a presence in Luxembourg, WPS is advancing its reach in response to increasing client demand for high-quality support across the world's key financial centres.
Upon completion, Value Partners will continue to operate under its existing brand as an affiliated company of WPS and Walkers. WPS and Value Partners will together have 560 colleagues across ten leading alternative funds markets, including the Cayman Islands, London and Ireland alongside Luxembourg.

Completion of the acquisition is subject to customary regulatory approvals. Relevant notifications and approval processes are underway with the appropriate regulatory authorities.
