SSEK Managing Partner Dewi Savitri Reni (Vitri) spoke at the recent Asian Business Law Institute (ABLI) 10th anniversary event, “Bridging Laws for Business – A Decade Advancing Trade, Technology and Trust.” The event brought together legal and business leaders to explore the evolving intersection of law, international commerce, technology, and trust.
Vitri joined the panel discussion “A ‘Cradle to Grave’ Review of Cryptoasset Disputes in ASEAN,” alongside experts from across the region. The discussion examined key issues throughout the lifecycle of cryptoasset disputes, including litigation, asset preservation and tracing, enforcement of judgments and awards, and insolvency involving digital assets, with a focus on developments across ASEAN and perspectives from Indonesia.
