August 2026 – Kinstellar has successfully advised Eldridge, a global holding company, on its acquisition of a significant stake in Sudolabs, a Slovak provider of custom agentic AI systems and consulting services for enterprise clients.
Founded in 2019 by software engineers from Košice, Sudolabs has grown into a team of more than 70 product builders, engineers, and creative professionals. The company works closely with innovative start-ups and visionary businesses to deliver cutting-edge digital products and AI-driven solutions.
The transaction highlights the continued attractiveness of the Central European technology sector to international investors and underscores the growing reputation of Slovak-founded technology companies on the global stage.
Kinstellar provided comprehensive legal advice to Eldridge throughout the transaction, including legal due diligence, foreign direct investment considerations, transaction structuring, and negotiation of the transaction documentation. The mandate involved complex advisory support on transactional and regulatory matters in a cross-border investment context.
