August 2026 – Kinstellar has successfully advised guardsix, a Danish cybersecurity group, on its acquisition of a 100% stake in Logmanager from all existing shareholders. As part of the transaction, certain sellers received cash consideration, while others reinvested and received shares in guardsix alongside a cash component.
Kinstellar acted for the buyer throughout the Czech law aspects of the acquisition and worked closely with Danish law firm Kromann Reumert.
Logmanager is a Czech technology company developing and delivering its proprietary log management and SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) platform. Its integrated solution enables organizations to centrally manage and analyze operational and security data, helping customers identify technical issues, detect potential cyber threats, and respond to security incidents in real time.
The team was led by Barbara Kusak (Partner). The due diligence phase involved Iva Bilinská, Matěj Bolek, Radim Kotlaba, Petr Bratský (Managing Associates), Katarína Jend~elovská (Senior Associate), Simona Semanová (Associate), Tomáa Froněk, and Antonín Dvořák (Junior Associates). The transaction phase, including negotiation of the SPA and related transaction documentation, as well as signing and closing, was handled by a core team led by Michal Kní~, with support from Barbara Kusak and Tomáa Froněk.
