Based on corporate governance theory and respective corporate law, this course examines sustainability-related decisions of corporate governance actors. Participants are getting an overview and understanding of the duties and objectives of the main actors of corporate governance and learn how the current developments in the environmental and social space impact the existing corporate governance framework and its actors. Another focus is on the current legal framework and regulation development, key drivers of every corporate governance framework.
