Lewis Silkin has advised new client Brave Bison on its £19 million acquisition of Mark Ritson's Mini MBA, the renowned marketing-training platform, from AIM-listed Centaur Media plc. The deal brings together two innovative brands to create a next-generation marketing skills and learning network.
The transaction was led by Head of Corporate Paul Rajput, with support from Matthew Rowbotham (Head of Tax), Barnaby Stokes (Corporate Legal Director), Jack Baldwin (Corporate Senior Associate), Emma McGrory (Tax Senior Associate), and Associates Gabriella Jack (Corporate) and James King (Digital, Commerce & Creative).
Lewis Silkin also advised Brave Bison on its £12 million acquisition of MTM, a leading strategy and insights consultancy. This transaction was also led by Paul Rajput, with assistance from Matthew Rowbotham (Head of Tax), Emma McGrory (Tax Senior Associate), Sophie Massing (Corporate Associate), Michael Birchall (Incentives Associate), David Cakebread (Digital, Commerce & Creative Senior Associate) and Harry Orbell (Employment Associate).
