DELSOL Avocats, a multi-disciplinary business law firm that assists its clients both in France and abroad, announces the arrival of Hélène Laborde as a partner in the "Real Estate - Construction" department. Hélène joins the firm with a senior associate, Jordan Sochay, and will support Nathalie Peyron's practice, which focuses on construction law (project management contracts, works contracts, development contracts...), in both advisory and litigation matters.
For over 50 years, DELSOL Avocats has been assisting clients with complex legal issues on a daily basis in Paris, Lyon and Brussels. Hélène Laborde's arrival strengthens the "Real Estate – Construction" department, which supports professionals throughout every stage of their real estate projects. The department covers both traditional uses, such as retail, housing, hotels, offices, warehouses and logistics, as well as more innovative uses, such as co-living, co-working, shared spaces, flex offices and business incubators. The department is involved from a project's inception or acquisition, through its construction or restructuring, to the implementation of its operations within rental management and up to its sale.
These new arrivals mean that the firm's Real Estate and Construction department now has 14 lawyers, including 4 partners (Benoît Boussier, Nathalie Peyron, Adrien Williot and Hélène Laborde) and 1 counsel.
