Lisa co-founded the nation's first law firm practice dedicated exclusively to Controlled Substances Enforcement & Diversion—an area of rising urgency amid the ongoing opioid crisis. Her foresight led to the creation of a groundbreaking legal team that advises healthcare providers, pharmacies, digital health platforms and others on how to navigate complex federal and state drug laws with precision. She has led clients through make-or-break moments in high-profile investigations, parallel civil and criminal enforcement actions, and national precedent-setting matters.
Lisa also serves as chair of the firm's Compliance & Government Investigations Practice, leading a cross-office team of more than 55 attorneys. She is the strategic mind behind hundreds of client responses to fraud, abuse, whistleblower and regulatory investigations—particularly those involving the healthcare and life sciences industries.
