Shareholder Dave Hanson delivered the presentation "AI for Consultants" to small business owners at the Wisconsin Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Annual Meeting on June 12, in Brookfield, Wisconsin. The presentation covered the role of AI in consulting services for small businesses, addressing recent developments such as AI agents, evolving domestic and international regulations, governance and the intersection of AI and intellectual property. The SBDC provides no-cost consulting services and education to entrepreneurs and small business owners to support and expand their businesses.
Hanson is a shareholder in Reinhart's Intellectual Property and Litigation practices and is chair of the firm's AI Group. He counsels clients on patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret cases, as well as Taft-Hartley and ERISA litigation, including withdrawal liability matters. As a member of the AI Group, Hanson advises clients on the technical and regulatory requirements, challenges and opportunities of AI technology.
