Thompson Coburn St. Louis associate Jesse Doggendorf recently received the Chuck Charleston Award, which recognizes individuals who demonstrate significant involvement and service in promoting LGBTQ+ pride within the community.
The award was established in June 1988 by Pride St. Louis to honor Chuck Charleston, a longtime fixture in the St. Louis LGBTQ+ community. Charleston was known for his unwavering support of local organizations' efforts and his dedication to the early Pride celebrations, always ready to lend a hand wherever needed. Today, the award is presented to a current or former member of Pride St. Louis, Inc. who embodies these qualities.
Jesse accepted the award June 2 at the Pride Kick-Off Event at Four Hands in St. Louis.
