Our Corporate team recently acted as Cayman Islands legal counsel to FalconX Holdings Limited ("FalconX") on its acquisition of Arbelos Markets ("Arbelos"), a trading firm specialising in crypto derivatives across both bilateral and exchange markets.
FalconX is a leading digital asset prime brokerage firm serving major institutional clients by providing trading, financing and technology solutions worldwide. It's acquisition of Arbelos further strengthens its position in the market as an elite institutional trading facilitator.
The transaction was led by partner Andrew Barker working alongside associate Olivia Fielding, based out of our Cayman Islands office.
